Pros
Innovative product that solves a real need for their customers. Manufacturers have lots of options when it comes to software, but very few of them work as well as L2L. The business has been growing fast, thanks in large part to positive word of mouth among customers.
Cons
It's a small company, so there aren't a ton of resources to guide your work. It's more suited to employees who can be self directed.

Great people, great team and a great product. Glad I have the opportunity to work here.
Cons
None yet, this place has met or exceeded every expectation. I have worked at startups and fortune 100’s and this place is as good if not better than most of those.
