      Pros

      I have been with LSI for 10 years now. It is the best place I have ever worked. You are expected to work hard, but you are very well taken care of. This place makes devices that makes surgeons and patients lives easier. The company saves lives. Glad to be a part of it.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for growth in Quality. But that is a small thing.
