Pros
Flexible WFH policy; warm, approachable, and knowledgeable coworkers; good salary and benefits; tons of in-office perks (like free snacks). It was a team that was difficult to leave. You're a very lucky translator or revisor if you end up there. Linguistic Services Director is great too.
Cons
The cons are not exclusive to this employer. The high season is very heavy and stressful. It robs you of any sense of sanity. But if you translate securities, it'll be the same anywhere. It's unavoidable. You're not paid for overtime and you can't compensate overtime by working fewer hours when it's low season.
