      Pros

      Salary is fair. Management is transparent. It feels like a small mom and pop company but it’s a nationwide company.

      Cons

      I have no cons to speak of. I loved my job and only left due to relocation.

      Pros

      We are like family and we have ups & downs, but we work together. I love the way we work to make our customers happy and how we stand together when are faced with uncertainty.

      Cons

      Closing of our campground & two of our restaurants have really been a great loss for most of our customers! Our Seffner dealership used to be a small city of its own with that welcome home feeling.
