Culture is intact Leadership (for the most part) are transparent and really do care about their teams and pull in the same direction Room for growth Exposure to lots of different tech stacks Talented people Management in Success Team are exemplary

Cons

I genuinely cannot think of any at all, but if I was to force myself to choose something it would be to improve compensation package.

Brilliant workplace culture, management are great to work for. Colleagues are extremely helpful and everybody works together. Clear career progression outlined and great work is valued.
