      Pros

      From day one, I was blown away by how welcoming and supportive everyone was. Whether you're brand new or have been around for a while, people go out of their way to make you feel seen, heard, and appreciated. There's a genuine sense of community here that you don’t come across often.

      Cons

      The company is currently going through a period of transition, which naturally brings some uncertainty at times. however, management has been transparent about the direction we're heading and the steps we plan to take to get there.

      Pros

      LP is a company made up of great people who on the whole do their best to live the values of the company. It provides innovative products some of the most interesting organisations and has a hugely positive impact on the users of its platform and learning content. Every day is a new challenge and new goal to reach. Working remotely gives me good work-life balance and means I can jump on video calls and chat with worldwide colleagues anytime - all from my humble spare room with a couple of old guitars in the background!

      Cons

      We work super hard and have lofty targets - this isn't really a con ;)

      Learning Pool is a great place to work

      Pros

      There has been a number of leadership & management changes since I started with Learning Pool but I feel like everything was handled in the right way. The SLT are approachable and so understanding. I feel I am really appreciated for the work I do and they encourage me to be better and to succeed. There is a great work life balance within Learning Pool and they always encourage us to take care of our mental health, which I feel is so important. From my first day I have felt supported and that I can reach out to anyone, no matter how senior they are or what team they are in and everyone is so willing to help. Everyone is pulling in the same direction and I feel like it really shows. I love coming to work and I love my job and I haven't felt like that in years.

      Cons

      I don't really have any cons, there has been a lot of change in my year working here but I feel like things are really starting to settle again now.
