      Pros

      You get to work with some amazing individuals. Chances to learn and practice fantastic skills. It's been a rollercoaster that I am proud to say I am still on!

      Cons

      The company is scarred by some humongous mistakes made by previous management on both sides of the Atlantic. Still a lot of coasters that need to be moved on and penny pinching is starting to frustrate clients and contractors
