      High-performance culture in a high-performing business

      super dynamic, fast-paced org A real drive to be the best & a competitive spirit that spreads across the business Real high barrier to hire, resulting in a high level of talent throughout Generous bonus, pension & parental leave + amazing annual Conference Open-door policy with leaders

      Cons

      The culture isn't for everyone, this is not a place where coasting or underperformance is tolerated. Still navigating its way from start-up to scale-up, so some systems & processes lack maturity - although that means there's plenty of scope to improve things and challenge the status quo

      Exciting company, great people, awesome perks

      Pros

      - Really successful business, continues to grow, very exciting and clear strategy & direction. - Lots of opportunities to grow and develop and work on exciting and interesting things. - People here are genuinely great - smart, humble, passionate, hard working. - Salaries are also good with great benefits and perks. - Expectations are high but work life balance is great.

      Cons

      Not for people looking for a stable environment - lots of change and pivots
