Fantastic team to work with. I absolutely loved working at Lightcast. The Uk team are great and want the best for the product. They provide an enabling environment to do great work. The work involves working with US team. They are also great and supportive. Working with an international organisation broadens the mind and sharpens your interpersonal and negotiation skills. Go in with a mind ready to adapt with change as the organisation is constantly evolving.
Cons
Time zone difference when working with US team may mean working into the evening but if this will suit your lifestyle it’s great. There’s been lots of change over the years so be prepared to adapt to change.
