Pros
Fast moving business, lots of concurrent streams of work - always something to get stuck into. Opportunites are afforded to those who wish to progress into new roles (whether sideways or upwards) dependent on skillset and business need. Socially active company with plenty of ways to get know the wider team, not just your immediate peers.
Cons
As a company going through change, you notice people either embrace it and thrive, or languish behind, which can result in uneven workloads amongst peers. Everybody would like employer pension contributions above the statutory amount.

Company has grown in last 3 years and gives lots of opportunities to develop within the company Hybrid working, central location and great culture
Cons
Lots of people with extensive knowledge but not always the time to share this (although getting much better)
