Livetech is a great place to work. Happy I found such a gem in the Hudson Valley area. The culture is rather laid back and the people working there are awesome!

Cons

Not many cons, compensation could be higher although its rather on par for the region.

I get to work on development of some amazing software, that is used by the top businesses and brands. Ideas and suggestions on new development are always considered by the Project Managers when new products and projects are being developed. Perks: Unlimited access to full time fitness professional at no cost, yoga twice a week at no cost, squash court and gym available 24/7, free catered lunch every day, stock options, lots of social company events, got a free trips to Bahamas for on-time project delivery, 100% company paid healthcare, no monthly co-pays, $2,000 each year paid into my Health Savings, I can bring my dog to work and there are 3 pool tables, a shuffle board and ping pong table...

Cons

High profile clients expect on-time delivery and expect top performance - so there is no room for anyone who cannot hold their own weight as it puts pressure on other team members.
