      Pros

      Really lovely work environment and a fab, supportive team to work with. Everyone is very helpful, feels like everyone is here because they enjoy the work and want to get lots of renewable projects in action! Its also very flexible working, would recommend if you're a green keen bean who also wants to maintain a work-life balance!

      Friendly, fun and flexible. Locogen have supported me through career development and helped me grow in ways I never expected.

      Pros

      Locogen are going through a major growth cycle, which creates opportunities for advancement throughout the company. The culture is professional but informal and the office atmosphere (hybrid working model) is excellent. Dog friendly, flexible and fulfilling.

      Cons

      Growth also creates challenges, so being flexible helps.
