      If you are a white male you will do great

      Cons

      A lot of growing pains. Little diversity companywide, and zero diversity in leadership roles. CEO tends to hire people he knows instead of people who are qualified. Both of his children are employed by the organization in the roles they most likely would not have elsewhere.
