      Pros

      My colleagues, the mission, and the culture are what keeps me at Logos. I work with incredibly talented and committed individuals who take responsibility, work hard, give of themselves, and support me and others. The mission of the company to encourage a deeper study of the Bible by more and more people is one that is very closely aligned with my own mission. The company's culture is excellent, even as a remote employee. I am valued, supported, trusted to do important work, and appropriately compensated. I couldn't ask for more.

      Cons

      Working hours can be long, but the ability to work remotely somewhat mitigates that. At times, decision-making at senior leadership level can take a long time, and longer still to permeate down through the company.

      Every day, I do work that makes a difference for passionate, appreciative customers, working with skilled, committed coworkers who have each other's backs. What more could I want?

      Hours can be long, and sometimes we chase short-term gains at the expense of long-term investment.
