Small teams, well looked after and professional colleagues who always treated me with respect.

Cons

Hard to give any cons... they are a smaller name in their sector which made it harder to generate new business. Due to its smaller size, there was not a lot of internal opportunities.

Strong market leading product, collaborative culture and open lines of communication. Despite lots of competition Lookout continues to stay ahead and there is a shared will to win in the company. Employees trusted and empowered.

Cons

Market is fast moving and there is a need to keep innovating while also serving large customers which puts pressure on delivery schedules.
