Top Community College District in California (and nation), very well respected. Strong budget with high compensation. Very professional and supportive workplace. Professional development is encouraged. A lot of internal promotion.

Cons

Efficiently managed which has kept the budget strong and compensation high. Some administrative areas have less staff than other organizations, but the teams are able to get the job done and deliver services.
