      Great Company That Wants Clients and Employees to Succeed!

      Pros

      -Very well laid out career paths and opportunities for professional growth -Leadership makes an effort to hire people who are smart and nice, which makes it easy to get along with your colleagues -Company is very open to hearing employee ideas for culture and work improvement and have created several initiatives based on team feedback -Health benefits are 100% paid and my requests to use PTO (sometimes on short notice) were always granted!

      Cons

      -Primary focus is consulting for a federal government agency (which is done very well), but limits exposure to other consulting in other industries -M2's culture is strong, but the federal government work pace can feel slow if you're ambitious and the government's appetite to embrace innovative solutions is sometimes low
