. great company culture . yes as mentioned before a laddy culture which is fun and enjoyable at work . we go on breaks regularly . flexible . intense training . we go on trips to germany . career development . extra bonuses . personal development
Cons
. when people don't perform and have no choice but to leave they make bad comments on Glassdoor because they have no other thing to say and nothing else to do with there time. ( immature & unprofessional )
