I’m glad to hear you’ve found MBB a great place to grow as we’ve made a lot of strides to foster the wonderful talent we currently have working here. From training programs to check-in meetings at every level, it is my desire to set a foundation for each employee to feel like they’re receiving the support and tools necessary to build a meaningful career. I can understand how the changing processes can be hard to keep up with at times but am glad to hear you feel your voice can be heard by coworkers and leadership alike when it comes to offering solutions or improvements to processes.
