I worked at MGID for a little over a year, and overall the experience was mostly positive. It’s an international company with well-established processes, but without excessive bureaucracy. The team is solid, with many people who have real hands-on experience in native advertising, so there’s a lot to learn from colleagues. What I liked most is that results actually matter here: if you deliver performance and take ownership, you’re trusted. The salary is competitive for the market, and bonuses are realistic, not just “on paper.”
