Pros
Perspective sphere for good executives. Have mane opportunities for grows in this company. Nice stable schedule. Good environment and friendly team.
Cons
Really specified goods. Narrow range of products, that can not satisfy demands all over the world especially the in countries with the unstable climate like CIS region.

Pros
When I worked at Mag+ the company was split between the US and Sweden. This made for a very fun work culture, with a lot of opportunity for growth. Overall I would say this was a good company to work for.
Cons
There were a lot of management changes, which made things feel unstable at times.
