      Pros

      Great work life balance and really interesting work. Smart and helpful coworkers.

      Cons

      Not a ton of direction/vision from leadership. They throw a bunch of cool ideas at you but not necessarily with business relevance or long term vision in mind.

      - 100% Remote. - Extremely interesting and challenging problems to solve in the geospatial analytics space. - Get to rub shoulders with super smart and professional coworkers. - Excellent hardware and dev tools provided by the company.

      Cons

      Occasional tug-of-war between fast pace of growth and adherence to project management best practices, but this struggle is acknowledged and thankfully, management is committed to continual efforts to improve our processes as we grow.

      MapLarge is a great place to be if you want solve real-world problems using mapping and data analytics. There are opportunities to contribute at every level of the tech stack. Remote work, flexible PTO, smart & helpful coworkers.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a downside, but be prepared for a genuinely results-driven culture & to think outside the box of conventional industry wisdom.
