Masterminds was an amazing place to work and really helped me learn the ins and outs of agency life. Everyone that works there is knowledgeable and was willing to offer their help no matter what position they were in. The only reason I left was because I moved out of the area, I loved working at Masterminds!

Very friendly office, everyone gets along and works well together. People pitch in for each other, and everyone gets to contribute. There is not the typical agency politics issues I have seen at other agencies, I am not afraid to speak up and contribute. Management values the work. If extra time is needed, it is given. There is a focus on doing great work, and it shows, even it means investing in the employee's training or industry tools that will help improve overall work flow.
