Pros
Merchant Services Direct is like home. Everyone is hardworking and friendly. MSD is a great place to work, not only because of what they do, but because of their reputation for treatment of their employees. Owners Shane and Kyle recognize hard work and offer opportunities for advancement for those wanting to grow themselves.
Cons
The first few months can be financially taxing, but the company is growing nationwide which also leaves room for raises and advancement.

Management is very professional, outgoing, understanding, and ambitious. They develop people from the entry level up and provide an exciting opportunity for growth and advancement into a career.
Cons
Starting at the entry level may be financially challenging for some people. The good part about this is we have reviews every 3 months. If you prove your work ethic and meet your department goals, you are given consistent raises to compensate for your hard work.
