      A wonderful very at home feel from this company and the CEO/COO who really genuinely care about your well being and their properties. If you are expecting to work and truly love what you do in this industry, well than you are going to be with them for a long time. I was a former employee, and I am glad to have recently come back to Merion. I enjoy our property visits from corporate and strive harder after each leave to do the best we can for the company/out residents.
