The ownership are very pleasant to deal with and give a lot of freedom to their mid-level management, learning new skills as the job progresses.

Cons

Sometimes we get a bit disorganized or "behind the ball" on important upgrades.

backend finance sucks, billing and accounting sucks, they are not keeping up with the times in a reasonable way

No one is breathing down your back to get work done, upper management doesn't believe in micromanagement. The organization is full of talented people.

Cons

Don't apply if you're not a self starter or if you mind taking on other roles and responsibilities.
