      Pros

      My Manager is here to help me progress and give you all the keys to succeed. Great career progression. Good autonomy and trust from peers but the team is also here if you need help. Great culture and good fun.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can get busy so if you are afraid to work some extra hours it might not be best.
