      Very good benefits and professional development. Interesting work and projects. Friendly teams who are focused on making innovative products and services. Good collaboration between teams. Shared common goal of improving solutions for customers. Fair salary.

      Cons

      Not certain the five or six levels of management between my role and the CEO is conducive with the agility required to continue to innovate and improve, considering the exponential rate of change in our industry, and the world.
