      Passionate advocacy for women’s right with an opportunity to work with like minded and driven feminists. Personal satisfaction to be able to contribute to the women’s movement.

      Cons

      The path to equality can be challenging and stressful in this current political climate. There are occasionally clashes of philosophy and tactics about the best path to take.

      A friendly work environment; I always knew I could go to my supervisor and boss if I needed anything (time off, help with an assignment, clarification on policy, etc.); great benefits

      It's a nonprofit, so people are often overworked for less money than in the similar for-profit jobs
