Good Company Car Allowance. Some nice people to work with.

Cons

Promotion is given based on what areas have vacancies, not on individual performance. No salary review in 4 years. I had 1 salary increase and had to pretty much beg for it. You will always be expected to go above and beyond your job role and will never get any extra pay, or even a thanks. Did not take personal circumstances into account when it come to managing a territory.
