- The people, my team - The range of work (projects), the ability to design and run research that fulfils internal and external needs, and creativity across the business. - Company benefits and flexibility around working hours are great, such as maternity leave and working from home. - Progression in role. - Feel valued and listened to.

I've worked here for several years now and I still love it as much as I ever did. My team are awesome - great people, great at what they do and I've always felt supported by them and feel like we're a great little unit within the company, doing our best to create excellent work for our clients. Beyond the creative team there are brilliant people across the company more widely, and I'm very grateful to work alongside so many creative, interesting and inspiring teams.

Cons

It's not always easy to get commitment to a great brief from clients, which can be frustrating and makes it harder to do our best work, but this is definitely a minority of the work.
