Anyone that complains about work/life balance hasn't ever worked in a job that requires a lot of hours. 90% of the time, employees come in at 9 and leave at 5 and take long lunch somewhere in there, too. Occasionally there are periods where more is required. Some people stay a little later, but it's because they care, not because someone told them they have to.

The thing that excites me most about Neutron recently is its ability to put people and process above all things. A quarterly and annual review process allows employees to give and receive feedback on where they stand in the business and what things they can do to improve and advance their careers. Weekly 1-on-1 coordination meetings allow employees to communicate and work through challenges before they escalate to larger problems. Neutron is an innovation business that works hard to find solutions to our client’s problems. Businesses want to work with us because we think not only outside of the box but spend time redefining the box. We put creative people together in an open office environment and amazing results are produced. I’m very pleased to work with such creative people every day and look forward to each day’s newest challenge.
