      Good people to work with, interesting work, totally open book financial structure, nice offices. Opportunities for personal growth because there are opportunities to learn new things if you pursue it. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to move up if you are mid level. Company is structured for federal work so there is more overhead then other companies that are focused on private work.
