      Pros

      Crazy chaos allowed a lot of learning. Able to learn a lot of different aspects of the business. company had a strong vision for what it wanted. in the end, it was successful with the sale.

      Cons

      Chaos has its negatives. intel and st cultural merging was not done properly at all. very different aspects of working style and culture created some clashes and misunderstanding.

      Pros

      Results oriented, hours don't matter as long as you get the job done. Work life balance, telecommuting, very flexible. Awards and recognitions are built into the culture.

      Cons

      Pay freeze when business is down (not so bad a deal).
