      Great people, contractors treated poorly

      Pros

      The entire floor of people to work with are amazing management seems to genuinely care about the people they work with.

      Cons

      Contractor has worked with OLG to create a stagnant pay growth, you are not eligible for paid vacations, benefits, pension or raises. You are paid significantly less than your colleagues performing the same work. Forced extra hours are a thing when they decide. Even while OLG claims dedication to Diversity EQAULITY and Inclusion you will be excluded from most programs available to those who have "earned" a way onto OLG payroll. But expected to uphold all of their team expectations.

      Love my co-workers, my team is supportive, work/life balance is amazing, and we have access to all kinds of training/growth opportunity if we want to take advantage of it.

      None, as long as you understand you will be a public servant, working for a crown corporation...
