      Pros

      Solid fellowship program at multiple federal agencies. Duration of 4 years allows for a lot of time to contribute in your role.

      Cons

      There can be a lack of communication from the ORISE program coordinators, especially this past year. The future of the program looks very uncertain, unfortunately.
