Everyone is so helpful and nice! Beautiful, modern, clean office space. Delicious coffee from touch screen machine. Easy parking (including secured garage if needed).
Cons
I can't think of any cons. It's a wonderful place to work!
When I worked for OE, it was under franchise ownership. It was truly a family business, echoed by corporate's "Ohana" culture. Relaxed worked environment, incentives/bonus structure, pleasant atmosphere.
Cons
I really enjoyed my time at OE, it was unfortunate that covid interrupted office activities, but nonetheless we were able to overcome challenges we faced while I was there, albeit the very short amount of time I spent at the onslaught of the pandemic.
