Flexibility, all the managers understand that life happens and they are willing to work with your schedule. Compensation is fair across the board.
Cons
Office culture seems to suffer the most, it's not a big box company so everyone knows when something is going on.

if you are a strong sales person, the opportunities are great. good conditions, high bonuses, rich customers. The office is nice to work in, the team is friendly and professional
Cons
little opportunities for other positions, lower than average salaries.
