      Pros

      Offix offers work life balance, especially those who have families as things to come up. The Valenta's are wonderful people to work for and there are a lot of tenured employees here which shows the stability of the company. Offix has a lot of potential for growth, fiscally strong, solid benefits, and a team environment built on success.

      Cons

      Just like any sales environment, there is always quota which is a minimum requirement. There will be disgruntled employees/reviews with any company. The Valenta's and the leadership team, perpetually shows up for their employees and customers. Honestly, I feel conviction when our team is not meeting expectations and that is my responsibility. With any company, there are always workflow issues - Offix has invested in L10 which will help solve majority of internal snafu's.

      None except hard work pays off. The industry is evolving. Continuous knowledge and training is needed.
