Pros
OnGrid is a small, nimble company that's truly committed to serving it's customers and raising standards for accuracy and transparency in the solar industry. The leadership is smart, considerate and flexible plus the team members are great to work with.
Cons
OnGrid is a virtual company where telecommuting is the norm, so there isn't much in-person interaction with your colleagues. In many ways the ability to telecommute can be a pro (flexibility, no sitting in traffic) but if you're a social animal and want to have friends at work, this might not be the best fit.
