      Company is growing fast, and opportunities are everywhere if you are willing to do the work and have a positive outlook.

      Cons

      The wrong place to work if you want to cruise through as a passenger only and not a driver.

      Amazing People!!

      Pros

      Truly some of the smartest, most hardworking and supportive group of people I have worked with. Incredibly transparent leadership when it comes to decision making, finances, accountability and company goals - definitely not for everyone, but so valuable and rewarding for my own experience.

      Cons

      Fast paced, you need to be highly adaptable and accepting of change - but this can also allow really unique opportunities for individuals to make genuine change in the business.
