Cons
Where to begin. I was hired as a PHP developer and on the first day I had a much older computer with Windows XP in it. The only other developer in the company was always gone. Later I got another desktop computer with Windows 7 but the processor was very slow. There was little to work here and evantually let me go due to 'not being a good fit' despite the company was having obvious financial issues. I only worked for the company for 3 months, but I never seen so many turnover rates in my life. I tried finding my supervisor, along with the president of the company on LinkedIn, but I was not successful. From what I heard, they hire people full time and let them go whenever there is no work.
