Excellent people, full of opportunities to learn new technologies, but tough senior management

Pros
- Worked there for 4 years, would have stayed there forever if it wasn't of layoffs that occurred due to financial difficulties. - Flexible hours, pretty decent compensation and benefits, paid christmas shutdown. - Lots of opportunities to work independently in your own space, whether at your desk or in a cleanroom with all kinds of nifty scientific engineering measurement equipment. - Showers available in the office, for those who like to keep a healthy lifestyle and be active during the day.
Cons
- Senior management decisions have been tough on everyone -- often lacking direction or planning, and forcing things to be done "ASAP" keeping stress levels up. - Many executives have left during the time I was there, while the vast majority of employees were sticking around hinting that things were likely "rock'n'roll" behind closed doors.
