      Pros

      Amazing management, warm team members, great culture from top to bottom. Everyone in the company is transparent and happy to have an honest constructive conversation.

      Cons

      They're a start up and the culture/policies are being built - takes time. If you're open to sharing your feedback and innovative ideas, they'll hear them out for sure.

      >The teams have grown rapidly in the past few months with some amazing new hires in Exec, Senior and Entry level and the business is already benefiting massively from this. > A huge amount of focus is being put on building culture and employee happiness. AMAZING new offices with tons of perks (gym classes, meditation pods, rooftop terrace and fire pit), regular team socials, benefits scheme beginning to roll out and great flexible working options available too. > Such a friendly and helpful team, from a really diverse set of backgrounds.

      Cons

      > Currently the progression path isn't clearly defined, however I believe this is in the pipeline.

      Pros

      OnePulse has a family feel! Nice people, who work hard independently and collaboratively! It is an exciting/growing company, working with huge brands. It truly is an exciting place to work.

      Cons

      Pro and Con - International company, with colleagues mainly split across Europe and US. The pro is it is a very diverse place to work, we are from everywhere! The con is we don't get to physically see our international colleagues often, but we do see each other digitally all the time.

      Thank you for your review, it makes me happy to hear such lovely things about our people! I agree that it's a shame we don't get to physically see all of our colleagues due to geography, however, the hope is that in time we will be able to find opportunities to change that, so watch this space!
