Pros

I enjoy the work. I love data and this role really appeals to my analytical and data mentality. We have a relaxed and professional atmosphere. I dont have to work late as we all go home at 5. There's some pressure from clients to achieve good results, however we all work together to share ideas on how to improve performance. We've gone through some team changes over the past few months as some people moved on but that's normal in every role i've worked in. We have lunch bought for us frarly frequently and recently had our summer party where everyone came down for an awesome day out. We all loved it. Can't wait to do it again. We have pub quiz where we all go out together.

Cons

I'd like a bit more personal development to help me grow and improve. I hear we've got some plans for this, but I am keen to progress so this part is a little slower than i want. Some clients are challenging as they put pressure on us as they are so reliant on the PPC working for them. I think if we can diversify what we do for them the reliance on PPC will be less and the clients will be happier.

Pros

Onefeed is very much an ecommerce focussed agency so comnig from a more B2B background and being more search mided was an uphill struggle. I had a great team around me that helped me to learn Pmax and feed optimisation and everything around this area. The past few months things have evolved significantly and thankfully with the way the team is strucutured we have the freedom to get involved in everything. Yes Onefeed is a small agency but the people are great and have a real family feel towards how we work together. My line manager over the past few months was off a lot due to ill-health and now he's left things have a different feel. Was sad to leave but my new role was a fantastic opportunity so felt it was time to for a new challenge. The team all got a better than inflation pay rise in Janaury as well, so the boss clearly does understand things are tight for everyone these days. For me tha main plus points of the job were: 1. Really good salary, much better than other jobs in the area. 2. Great learning ground for expanding my PPC knowledge. 3. Supportive team that helps me learn and deal with issues that alway crop up. 4. Nice clients (mine anyway). They are generally pretty nice people that rarely gave me any major issues. 5. Nice office environment, there isn't major pressure put on. 6. Good quality of life. The boss has very much encouraged us to have a good work life balance. We all leave at 5 and there is no pressure to work longer. 7. Good social parties and free lunches.

Cons

There has been some tubulence with the senior team managers over the past few years. The 2 people I have worked under have both been very difficult to work with. The first was hiding most of the time as well as a very abrupt personality, so when he left we all felt a weight lifted. The second was a real live wire but also very unreliable. I didn't enjoy working with either of them. They have both left the business and I think it's better for it. There has been a few promotions from within that I think were the right decison. It's weird that the 2 managers that left had loads of experience but had no idea how to manage the team or add any value. I think had either of them worked out the business would have been able to grow and deliver better results for clients. The turbulence over the past couple of years meant lots of clients left which we all felt worried about. The past few months has stablised thankfully but I hope they dont lose any more clients.
