I can confidently say it is an exceptional place to work. The leadership here are an inspirational high-performance team. The emphasis on self-care and well-being shows management genuinely care about my health and encourage me to look after myself, which has made a significant difference in my work experience. Onside offers great flexibility, allowing me to manage my work schedule effectively. This has enabled me to maintain a balance between work and home, making me feel more energised and motivated. Onside is an outstanding place to work, and I am grateful to be part of such a dynamic organisation and team. I’m in my happy place!
