1/2 weekly company meals out in Brixton restraints. Office snacks and drinks that you can order. Summer abroad office and an annual company holiday in Europe. Monthly team social events. Weekly rock climbing, yoga club and an in-office masseuse. Annual Learning Budget for self-development and personal projects. Team/personal quarterly bonuses. Dog friendly office. Roof terrace. Ball pit, games room, pool table and mini bar. Great work-life balance / Flexible hybrid working and a supportive team. This year the company also paid for employees energy bills for a year because of the cost of living crisis.

Cons

None that I can think off.
