OMG truly has a family environment. It wants staff to have work-life balance and is very family-centric. Pay is competitive. Benefits, including holidays and PTO, are amazing!

OMG manages some of the Realtor Assoiciations and as they say ...location, location, location! my drive to work is less then 15 minutes including traffice lights!
Realtors know how to party and staff is included!
Cons
Short hours working part time, would like to see enough growth to make me a full time employee.
Would like to see a bump in pay, but that is not a complaint, more of a personal wish.
