      - strong founding team - wonderful people - fair amount of ownership

      Cons

      - now fully remote (always enjoyed meeting up in the co-working space) - industry is tough and often regulation dependent but they're well-positioned

      Pros

      Great placed to work. Ozone API offers a flexible, collaborative and inclusive environment, where everyone's voice is heard.

      Cons

      As a growing business there needs to be the acceptance that you may be asked to do things that are outside of your immediate job description. For some this could be seen as a negative, personally I loved it.

      Flexible working and work from home options - everyone is trusted to do their job well and are empowered to have a good work/life balance. A refreshing company culture with great people and little to zero office politics; It's a very exciting time to join a business that has proven its product offering and continues to be first-to-market globally. The coming months and years of growth is going to be very exciting! Great career development opportunities to grow with the business and to work closely with the co-founders whether you're an intern or in a senior role.

      Cons

      The business is still a start-up, and is privately funded so budgets are limited to start. Future investment and funding in the coming months will enable the business to scale rapidly.
