      Its a rewarding place to work when adequate amount of effort is show. Challenging working environment with constant deadlines help the day go faster. Alot of opportunities to learn new process and implement any. Friendly working environment.

      Can have some weeks with really long hours. Need better training opportunities for employees and management.
